Here are our autumn projects from Art In English class!
The first week, we drew selfies to warm up. The next week, we made color mixing suncatchers for our windows — the younger classes used tissue paper and glue while the older classes learned origami folding.
Then, we worked on a mixed media hot air balloon collage where we experimented with watercolors, patterns, and three-dimensional representations.
After that, we did mixed media color mixing balloons. We used watercolors, crayons and markers to give the balloons dimension and learned about primary, secondary and tertiary colors.
