Le tai-chi et le kung-fu sont des arts martiaux dont le fil conducteur est le confucianisme et le tao\u00efsme. Ils combinent les concepts de la cosmologie traditionnelle chinoise (dont notamment la notion des cinq \u00e9l\u00e9ments : m\u00e9tal, bois, eau, feu, terre) et de la m\u00e9decine traditionnelle chinoise. On y retrouve la philosophie du yin (symbolis\u00e9 par la flexibilit\u00e9) et du yang (symbolis\u00e9 par la fermet\u00e9), qui pr\u00e9cise que tout ce qui est oppos\u00e9 est aussi compl\u00e9mentaire ; la recherche d’un \u00e9quilibre doit ainsi permettre aux contraires de cohabiter en harmonie.\u00a0Inscrits au patrimoine culturel immat\u00e9riel de l’Unesco, le tai-chi et le kung-fu sont ainsi pratiqu\u00e9s pour renforcer le corps et la sant\u00e9, mais aussi pour am\u00e9liorer l’\u00e9quilibre et le mental.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

L’EFIW se trouvant au c\u0153ur de la Chine, et proche de la montagne Wudang qui est un berceau du kung-fu, les professeurs ont vivement souhait\u00e9 offrir \u00e0 leurs \u00e9l\u00e8ves une initiation \u00e0 ces pratiques locales.<\/span>\"\"<\/p>\n

Ainsi, mardi 18 mai apr\u00e8s-midi, tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont particip\u00e9 par groupes d’\u00e2ges \u00e0 une s\u00e9ance d’une heure de d\u00e9couverte du tai-chi et du kung-fu. Cette s\u00e9ance a \u00e9t\u00e9 anim\u00e9e par le ma\u00eetre Wang Zhen du club \u00ab\u00a0Wudang longyan\u00a0\u00bb. Apr\u00e8s une br\u00e8ve pr\u00e9sentation et une impressionnante d\u00e9monstration, chacun a ainsi pu pratiquer les premiers gestes de cette activit\u00e9 aux vertus multiples.<\/span><\/p>\n
