It has become an important tradition for our students to take Cambridge English Exams at EFIW each year.
On 25 September, Wuhan French International School held its annual ceremony. The ceremony honors college and elementary students for having passed the Cambridge English Exams: PET for School, KET for School, and Movers.
The event was co-organized by Sebastien Spaeth, the director of the school and me, the English teacher. It has also been attended by the President of the school « Comité de Gestion », Laetitia Briand. Mr. Spaeth set the scene with excellent introductory speech from which I would like to quote briefly. Mr. Spaeth applauded the students’ willingness to go the extra mile and congratulated them on their success, stating : “This is an important qualification for a lot of things in your future lives.” The Director closed by saying that the school is proud of the excellent achievement of their students and thanked them for their admirable efforts.
We hope that most of the students from Elementary to High School will take such Exams in this school year.
