{"id":3442,"date":"2025-10-15T17:07:06","date_gmt":"2025-10-15T16:07:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ee.mlfmonde.org\/moanda-comilog-lhs\/?p=3442"},"modified":"2025-10-15T17:07:35","modified_gmt":"2025-10-15T16:07:35","slug":"nos-enseignants-sur-les-bancs-de-lecole","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ee.mlfmonde.org\/moanda-comilog-lhs\/nos-enseignants-sur-les-bancs-de-lecole\/","title":{"rendered":"Nos enseignants sur les bancs de l\u2019\u00e9cole"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Mme Jocelyne Liger, enseignante senior et active au sein de l\u2019association <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agirabcd.eu\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.agirabcd.eu\/\">AGIRabcd<\/a> a pass\u00e9 6 semaines au Lyc\u00e9e Henri Sylvoz dans le cadre d\u2019une formation p\u00e9dagogique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au programme, notamment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-d\u00e9velopper les comp\u00e9tences en lecture des \u00e9l\u00e8ves<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-cr\u00e9er de bonnes conditions de travail en classe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-mettre en oeuvre des situations d\u2019apprentissage<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-\u00e9valuer les comp\u00e9tences des \u00e9l\u00e8ves : pourquoi et comment?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-diff\u00e9rencier les apprentissages<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-diversifier ses sources documentaires<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans rel\u00e2che, jour apr\u00e8s jour, les enseignants ont fait \u00e9voluer leurs pratiques, ont r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi et agi dans le sens d\u2019une p\u00e9dagogie r\u00e9pondant au plus pr\u00e8s des besoins des \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Plus qu\u2019un clap de fin, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un commencement&#8230;et tout \u00e7a, dans la joie et la bonne humeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
