Le mercredi 13 mars, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves des classes de 2nde GT ont eu l’opportunit\u00e9 de participer \u00e0 une visioconf\u00e9rence enrichissante sur le changement climatique. L’\u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9 par la pr\u00e9sence de deux intervenants de renom : M. Bob Natifu, repr\u00e9sentant de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation ougandaise au changement climatique, et Mme Florence Millet, \u00e9co-photographe.<\/p>\n

Au cours de cette session virtuelle, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont eu l’occasion de poser des questions et d’\u00e9changer avec les deux intervenants, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant ainsi de perspectives vari\u00e9es sur le sujet. M. Natifu a partag\u00e9 son expertise sur les d\u00e9fis sp\u00e9cifiques que l’Ouganda rencontre en mati\u00e8re de changement climatique, offrant aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves un aper\u00e7u des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s auxquelles font face les communaut\u00e9s dans son pays. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, Mme Millet a illustr\u00e9 l’impact du changement climatique \u00e0 travers son travail photographique, sensibilisant les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 l’urgence d’agir.<\/p>\n

Cette visioconf\u00e9rence a \u00e9t\u00e9 une occasion pr\u00e9cieuse pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves d’approfondir leur compr\u00e9hension du changement climatique, en associant les enseignements d’anglais et d’histoire-g\u00e9ographie \u00e0 une perspective pratique et contemporaine.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, March 13, students from sophomore classes had the opportunity to engage in an insightful video conference on climate change. The event was marked by the presence of two distinguished speakers: Mr. Bob Natifu, representing the Ugandan delegation on climate change, and Ms. Florence Millet, an eco-photographer.<\/p>\n

During this virtual session, students had the chance to ask questions and interact with both speakers, gaining diverse perspectives on the subject. Mr. Natifu shared his expertise on the specific challenges Uganda faces regarding climate change, providing students with insights into the realities experienced by communities in his country. On the other hand, Ms. Millet illustrated the impact of climate change through her photographic work, raising awareness among students about the urgency of action.<\/p>\n

This video conference was a valuable opportunity for students to deepen their understanding of climate change, combining English and geography-history lessons with a practical and contemporary perspective.<\/p>\n
