The French School won a competition, and the prize was a visit from Pudsey the Bear.
He came to visit us before the holidays, and along with the help of Captain Spot, we learnt all about the charity Children in Need, and they gave us ideas of how we could help out and participate in Children in Need day.
We took part in a students vs teachers competition by skipping and dancing. (And the teachers won for the first time EVER!)
Then, after a break (poor Pudsey was feeling a little warm after all of the miming and exercise!) he came to visit us in class, and the CE group taught him how to ‘dab’.
One secondary group even made some signs for Pudsey!
We are now full of ideas regarding how to raise money to support and help disadvantaged children in and around the UK through Children in Need, which takes place in a couple of weeks.
